Hi Wild, This is a common error. Please follow below Exchange blogs and try: http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/12/07/3411644.aspx http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2010/02/04/3409289.aspx Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

Thanks Rowen ..while going through the above articles I ran the EMTroubleshooter which Passed then I stumbled upon the following http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2027064 and it did made some changes after it told me .... Create a WinRM listener on HTTP://* to accept WS-Man requests to any IP on this machine and clicked "YES". I hope this ends my nightmare. It was working but intermittently.

Like I said it is intermittent so its back again ... I cannot open the Exchange Management Shell either. I am seeing this issue on the exchange server itself when I try to open the EMC. My error message does not say nothing about WinRM. This has been driving me NUTS!!!!!
